We offer workshops that creatively explore the experiences of being lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.
We recognise that Counselling and Therapies have typically ignored or pathologised LGBT people and we seek to redress this through offering a safe, creative and affirmative space for exploration, self development and sharing of experiences.
Workshops include elements of group discussion, working with creative media such as Mask work, writing and creativity coaching exercises.

Maz Low holds a PG Diploma in Person Centred Counselling
and is a member of the BACP.
She believes strongly that there is a need for LGBT-affirmative counselling. She has worked as a volunteer Counsellor for Brighton and Hove LGBT Switchboard Counselling Service and is currently studying on the Essentials in Sexual Minority Therapy course
at Pink Therapy in London.
