RIDING THE DRAGON-

a One Day Workshop

on the power of shamanic journeying

and Creativity


We will work with shamanic journeying to support, celebrate, deepen

and honour our creativity.


Mask work, writing, collage and stimulating coaching exercises will complement our shamanic exploration and help us integrate the wisdom, help and advise received through the shamanic journey.



Besides themes such as time-management, motivation, issues of meaning we will


  1. •explore how to work with possible obstacle and overcome or heal these,

  2. •enlisting the support of our spirit helpers;


• go on a journey to connect with the spirit of our creativity;


• Find tools to keep our creating firmly and regularly rooted in our everyday lives.



All art materials will be provided.

No artistic skills or experience of mask work required



The day is open to anyone with some experience in shamanic practice.

If you are interested but have no shamanic experience as yet, please get in touch.

It is possible to book a few individual Shamanic Counselling sessions in beforehand.

offers workshops that creatively explore the experiences of being lesbian, gay, bisexual

and transgender.

We recognise that Counselling and Therapies have typically ignored or pathologised

LGBT people and we seek to redress this through offering a safe, creative and affirmative space

for self exploration, development and sharing experiences.


Workshops include elements of group discussion, working with creative media

such as Mask work, writing and Creativity Coaching exercises
