Creativity Coaching

Whether you are at the beginning of your journey to connect or re-connect with your Creativity or a seasoned Artist, Creativity Coaching can be helpful at every stage of the creative life.

As a Creativity Coach I can support you in numerous ways that can have a positive impact on your creativity: we can address practical, existential, economic or spiritual aspects, specific issues such as time-management or broader themes such as lack of confidence, low self-esteem, burn-out, or loss of meaning.

Do you feel you want to connect again with your creative source but don’t know how?

Are you painting regularly but have recently reached a point where painting has felt stale?

Have you always felt that there is a novel somewhere hidden inside of you, but you just don’t know how to make a start?

Did you use to do your own creative work but gave it up because of other commitments, disappointment, rejection or other reasons and do you want to get back on the horse but don’t know quite how?

Have you finished a project and worry how you will ever create something else again?

Have you come up against an obstacle or block in your art-practice or creative life that stalls you and that you would like to tackle?
Would you like to work deeper, more regularly and more committed in your art-practice?

Do you dream of painting, writing, singing performing but doubt that it is worth starting as you don’t see yourself as a ‘real artist’ and ‘anyway it is too late’?

Any of these and many other scenarios could be a starting point for a coaching session.
We can explore patterns that might hinder you in fulfilling your creative ambitions, work towards unblocking, engage in effective project-planning and celebrate your achievements.
The magical journey from a caterpillar to a butterfly has always fascinated
me. It is the NATURE of the caterpillar to grow into a butterfly and it is a
matter of time and the right nourishment for this transformation to occur.

In my own creative recovery and in Creativity Coaching with clients,
I have witnessed this journey again and again and I believe that, with the
right conditions, an unfolding of our creative Selves can happen in spite of
the difficulties or obstacles that we are grappling with.

We can either work on a one- to one basis at WILDWING, or I am also offering Coaching as individual support online and via phone. Please enquire if you would like more information or want to book a session. I also offer Coaching groups and Shamanic Creativity Coaching groups. Please enquire.

Sessions 1 hour or 1,5 hours

TESTIMONIALS:
"In the process of finding my way out of a creative dry season back to continuous creative work, Eva has been of invaluable help to me as a coach. Her patient and gentle support made me pick up the courage to work on my novel again. Whether it was about suggestions for coping with blocks, about caring encouragement in difficult situations, or about friendly reminders of the commitments we had agreed upon, I could always rely on Eva as an attentive and sympathetic ally. I was very lucky to find a dedicated coach like Eva. Thank you for putting me back on track!"

BOOKS about the Creative Process and Creative Recovery which I found inspiring and helpful:

‘A Director Prepares- Seven Essays on Art and Theatre’
Anne Bogart
Bogart explores seven areas as partner and obstacle to art-making: violence, memory, terror, eroticism, stereotype, embarrassment and resistance. She speaks candidly of the courage required to create ‘art with great presence’. Although speaking from the position of a director, I found her wisdom transferable to the creative process.

‘To Reach the Clouds- My High Wire Walk Between the Twin Towers’
Philippe Petite
An utterly beautiful book about a man’s daring dream and his long and determined journey to make it happen.

‘The Artist’s Way- A Course in Discovering and Recovering your Creative Self’
